There are many different ways to film a wedding day. Our approach is simple. We strive to capture the real moment and the emotion that is felt in that exact moment, without taking anything away from it, while creating a timeless film for our couples to watch for generations to come. Some videographers get in your face and even try to direct how and what you do. We are not like that at all. Every wedding is different and should be treated with intricate care. Our goal is not to be the center of attention, but to capture the center of attention without distracting from it. The ultimate compliment that anyone can give us is, "we didn't even know you were there."
What We Film When We Are At Your Wedding
Before the Wedding
We start by filming you getting ready and doing all the things it takes to get everything ready on your wedding day. (Pre-Wedding Photo Session, Outside Venue Shots, Detail Shots, and everything else going on) We strive to not only get the once in a lifetime moments that happen before the wedding, but we also capture all of the unique details that you have spent countless hours preparing.
During this part of your wedding day, we film from the very beginning to the very end of your ceremony. We capture this moment exactly as it happens. (With 2-3 cameras depending on package) There is no music added to the ceremony. The only sound that you will hear will be the sound recorded from the actual ceremony.
From the time you leave the wedding alter until the time you leave the reception venue, we film you and your guests having a great time at the party. (Post-Wedding Photo Session, Entrances, Introductions, Toasts, First Dances, Cake Cutting, Garter/Bouquet, and everything else that happens as you celebrate at your reception is what you would find in this portion of your video.)
